Open scroll #32

Allows you to open the file in the editor from the scroll menu select screen. also moved it from the About to the File tab in text_editor.py

@CupOfGeo Can you delete the whole notes/ directory?

This seems to have broken markdown rendering. Which doesn't feel like a huge deal since Markdown rendering wasn't super intentional in the first place.
