tsv01 - TSV Result Format on jena wrontly reports error, because it expects _:b0 whereas jena returns _:B597760fccb78e825719823e94258b8f0.

Yes! Blank nodes make graph comparison NP-complete. That's why efforts like JSONLD have canonicalization, i.e. systematically choosing a representation for a graph that would output the same text/structure every time.
