Image editor should make better use of maximised dialog #1254

QC166113 The image editor is contained in a dialog that can be maximized. On a desktop this could result in MUCH more screen real-estate.

The extra space should be utilized, at the moment maximizing results in silliness.

Keep the controls the same size, maximise the canvas - that is my vote (and I like stating the obvious).
