Updates to role into version 0.2.0.

Includes the SimulationUnits class that addresses Issue https://github.com/Borealis-BioModeling/pysb-units/issues/3, and at least partly addresses https://github.com/Borealis-BioModeling/pysb-units/issues/2

With the updates in this PR and v0.2.0 release pysb.units more or less address both Issues https://github.com/pysb/pysb/issues/41 and https://github.com/pysb/pysb/issues/571.
