migrate leaderboard to paperswithcode #219

We should check if this could be a viable option. Requirements are an easy submission system, that we can review submissions, and that the leaderboard graphic is embeddable on our webpage.

If they don't have that I think it's easier if we just fancy up our leaderboard.

there's other alternatives as well, eg eval.ai
