Dataset and Task documentation

Datasets and tasks need more thorough documentation. Each Dataset should have:

• Background on the specific type of data/annotations such that a newbie can understand
• References linking to relevant foundational/sota papers
• Precise (qualitative) description of the annotations and their structure
• Source of the raw data with links and paper
• License of the raw data with link

Each Task should have:

• Comprehensible description of what this task assesses, what biological relevance it has
• References linking to relevant foundational/sota papers
• Description of the inputs and outputs (structure and shape)
• Source (paper reference) of the metrics we implement
