Hi Bradley, I had posted a review for your "Translate This" addon on addons.Mozilla a few days back and you had asked me to post a bug report here on Github. So here I am.

I'm on Fx 28 Beta 9 and haven't updated to 29 because of Australis. Unfortunately, as the title says, "Translate This" doesn't provide the "Translate this link" (or "Translate this selection") option to the right click menu unlike the screenshots provided on the addons page. Couldn't even spot the options in either Menu Editor or Tab Mix Plus lists so it's definitely not disabled. Tried with multiple languages, but with the same result.

I also couldn't find any options to enable the right click context menus in case they are disabled by default, but the only options available were that of a keyboard shortcut, the preferred language and whether to open the translated page in a separate tab or the same one.

The following are my enabled addons. Maybe one of them clashes with this one. I've got far too many enabled to disable every single one individually and check for compatibility issues. I hope you understand.

Not working on Firefox 29 on Mac for me either. Just pushes me to the Google Translate page and says that the page can't be downloaded through a secure connection. I have only Download Helper and Pinterest Button as add-ons myself. I've deleted your add-on, but if you get it back up to speed, let us know.

Hello there. I have experienced the same problem (no trace of the add-on at all) and discovered a workaround for it.

I assume that you are like me, in that we default Firefox into "Never remember history" mode. The add-on seems to clash with that feature of Firefox, and it will fail to work or even appear then. However, when set to "Remember history" or "Use custom settings for history", the add-on works flawlessly.

What I am doing now is setting Firefox to delete history after each session so that it behaves like both normal and private browsing at the same time. Hope this works for you too!

@ Ace-A - Thanks for posting your workaround, Ace, but it's strange that it would be the case! I'll definitely see if changing any of those settings will work, but I do have the history setting on the default -"Remember History". Let's see if changing it to "Custom Settings" work.
