Hi Elisabeth,
I currently have no setup where I can test anything. But to me this seems like a coppeliaSim issue. I think that the problem is that you should set the IK group to explicit handling in coppeliaSim (see picture).
Let me know if this solved the issue.

Hi Boris, unfortunately doesn't work. Setting the IK group to explicit handling, I haven't any error but the robot doesn't move.

Hello Boris, when I start the VR simulation, the robot slowly starts to move as if it were subject to its weight. Then as soon as I press the controller grip, the robot doesn't move and I get the following error:
