#354 fix 'onError' breaking tags with external template and parameters #356

Thanks, and yes, this is already in the upcoming update (see https://github.com/BorisMoore/jsviews/issues/354). So I won't actually merge at this point.

It's been taking a while to complete some other improvements with complex coding - but getting close now...
