Thermolysis Oven

Add the Thermolysis Oven to the game. This should not be an optional feature but should be always on, since other features will depend on it. It is a:

• heat machine like the Distillery or Oven
• similarly tiered (steel, invar, titanium, tungsten carbide)
• GUI like the electrolyzer but with a normal arrow instead of the electrolyzer's progress bar
• It has some recipes, described in the document
• block texture and animation somewhat similar to the above machines, but with some uniqueness

Recipes in thermolysis oven: Calcite -> quicklime + CO2 (same for other carbonates like Malachite, Smithsonite,..) -> some of these products already exist, some need tweaking. 5U CaCO3 -> 2U CaO + 3U CO2 10U Malachite (Cu2(OH)2CO3) -> 2U CuO + 3U CO2 + 3U H20 (CuO needs to be added to MTx as Tenorite) 5U ZnCO3 -> 3U CO2 + 2U ZnO (already exists in MTx in my branch, rebase on that) can you please search for more carbonates and add similar recipes?

Sodium bicarbonate → sodium carbonate + water + carbon dioxide (vanilla one, just copy the recipe from Greg to the thermolyzer and disable the original) 8 Limonite -> 5 Hematite + 3 H2O (vanilla one)

In PGM feature: Decomposition of NH4Cl into ammonia and HCl (reverse of synthesis) 3 IrO2 -> Ir + 2O (might cost more HU then roasting with H + electrolysis of water, but easier to set up) 5 Osmium Tetroxide -> Os + 4O NH4PtCl6 -> 2 NH4Cl + Pt + 4 Cl (recipe exists, but takes a bit of Nitrogen, remove the Nitrogen and move it to thermolysis oven) (NH3)4PdCl2 -> 4 NH3 + Pd +2 Cl (same as above)

In Metallurgy feature: 2U HgO (produced from roasting Cinnabar) -> Hg + O
