Missing dll's error

i get "msvcp140d.dll was not found" and "vcruntime140d.dll was not found" when launching exitlagspoof.

• tried reinstalling every program/driver Boris suggests to install and still the same issue.
• tried to manually install the missing dll's but it won't open, just shows the error 0xc000007b.
