Can not connect on OSX #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i want to create a  connect to my mac mini,it always show can't connect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Splashtop_Remote_Mac_v1.2.0.5,Mac OSX 10.6.7/Mac mini 2.26GHz 4GB

Please provide any additional information below.
This is show on iPad screen "S=03 E=84000121",and I am sure that my password is 
correct.
