Use the Javascript touch event API to add mobile support for Minesweeper

touching and dragging should move the game
pinching should zoom in and out of the game
pressing for a short duration should clear/chord
pressing for a long duration should flag
Allow toggle for switching between clear/flag for short/long duration
Also add support for light touch being flag/chord, hard touch being reveal
