Default (click to edit, click to save, no pagination while editing)

[ ] Stop disabling while editing, prompt when dirty

Show (always show editors, still click to save, can change pages?)

[ ] Prompt on page/sort/etc... change when edit it dirty

AutoSave (always show editors, auto save, can change pages)

[ ] need a model for the editors to trigger auto-save
[ ] need to adjust storage models of entered values, and how the save is called
