Better constant region filtering? #10

Looking at this same file, the first contig has a negative strand constant region hit despite VDJ being on the positive strand. The 8th line has an unaccounted for gap of 6 nt between the end of J and the start of C. Not impossible, I suppose, but seems highly suspicious. I would suggest that both are signs of faulty assembly that could perhaps be used to do better filtering.
