It would be beneficial for the project to have at least minimal descriptions in PRs.

Hi @ralekna, thanks for the reminder. One of my goals for the year is to get some parts of the project in a publicly usable state, and as you say, ensuring that the changes and roadmaps are clearly communicated are an important part of this.

I will, make including notes in the PR and issues a priority.
