Request to add RPM limiting options to Quicksilver. This is useful to participate in spec leagues that require it, such as Street League and Underground Whoop League

Personally I will not be spending my time on this. If somebody else wants to come up with an PR, I am happy to review it.

Once QS can get live RPM data from esc it should be relatively easy to just copy what is done in BF to get RPM limiting working.

I second this. UWL is requiring rpm limiting to meet spec. I know a lot of disappointed pilots that don't want to switch back to betaflight.
