Option to have combat achievements notified in Discord

Note: Saw BossHuso's comment on the removed "better discord loot logger" project, recommending to add suggestions to this as it is the actively updated and popular one, hence why many of these suggestions aren't "rare drops". These are also some features which were unique and only available on unapproved clients.
