This exists as another plugin, Raid Shamer

I would build a UI where you can have individual webhooks with their own respective whitelists and blacklists. For example webhookUrl for a discord server with your group ironman, where 1 rsn is whitelisted, but in another 3 are whitelisted.

You can kind of create a new link to a webhook, with new values to be inserted into.
