Make chest/profession harvestable distance configurable #48

Currently, the bot already sends their companion to loot chests/profession harvestables. However, it does move up to the chest before doing so. We should allow users to configure the LootChestsDistance to manipulate the distance the bot will close before sending the companion out to harvest.
