Currently can make a simple interactive stress map using lonboard. This is super limited in how we can style it and is probably not a great production publishable map option. We need to figure out exactly what service/library we want to use to publish this map then style it, including how to surface info on reasoning behind ratings for user selected segment.
@tschieggm has recommended MapBox in the past. I have gotten as far as creating a personal account to test them out.
