NuGet pakcage 'License Info' 404NotFound #508

NuGet packages page: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Bot.Builder.Community.Components.Adapters.GoogleBusiness.Core/4.13.4, Project website and License Info return a 404NotFound page

It seems that all these URLs in these lines need to be updated: https://github.com/BotBuilderCommunity/botbuilder-community-dotnet/blob/v4.13.4/Directory.Build.props#L33-L40
