Migrate to official Chassis #24

Creating new settings has to be done as soon as possible for chassis while we wait for new things. The chassis should be fully built and up and running by the end of 2/8/23.

Once that is done, chassis-features can be merged (if and only if precision mode is working as well).

On the fence about Snake mode. Considering dropping it. It will be finicky at low speeds but that is fixable by just having a speed requirement to move in the rotation axis.
