Test out StreamDeck compatibility with system #4

There is a single java interface that seems alright but has not been updated in a while. I am expecting errors and the possibility it will not work. A conversation also needs to be brought up about reliability issues of this software. Also, we are not sure if this is technically legal (I believe it is, we will just have to scour the game rules).

Here is that repo (last update in 2019, yikes)

Anything beyond direct interface IN JAVA (meaning no NT) is too risky. Imagine we don't have access to crucial commands in a place like finals match 3. not good.

A good alternative to this is just to make a custom board, like we previously had thought about doing.

Won't be completed because it is unreliable, and if we are in need of more buttons we can just create our own pad.
