Add characterization values for the drivetrain via SysID #7

needs to be completed before week's end. also need to finish up tuning the angle motor PID: P seems overly high I will remain at 0 and D needs to be a little higher.

Will be primary issue on 12/15/22 for work after ONE Shuffleboard test drive to make sure everything is working.

Walked in on 12/15/22 and noticed Swerve module was loose. Maintenace took 12/15 and 12/16 because Cancoder housing became loose. All problems solved. Reassigned to be finished by 12/19 end of day.
