Rename main to core and repo renames #8

As fit for a clojure library, rename main to core here and elsewhere ― project.clj, and the requires of the corresponding sample tool

Also rename the repo to compare-classifiers-lib and add a link to it from the readme of the corresponding sample tool, renaming the latter to compare-classifiers-tool, and renaming its classes from org.boteval.nlueval-sample.* to org.boteval.nlueval.tool.*

Note: renaming from nlueval... to classification... can/should defer...
