When a new ride is added, toast messages should be displayed:

[x] the ride is the nth ride with that bike
[x] first/nth visit of a station
[x] break broken
[x] streak extended
[x] chain extended
[x] retour detection
[x] Fire celebrations on successfully adding a ride

this Could be calculated serverside, with the list of celebrations returned to frontend as the response
