Import bin files for values #13

Hi, another (useless idea), but since you've got the key to values, would it be possible one day to import .bin files and have it populate the patcher?

Not a real priority, just dropping it like that.

To import new versions automatically to the patcher? I still manually test the patcher and compare the offsets for new versions to ensure all features work and work correctly still. And it doesn't seem to be a huge time saver anyways to automate this since there are barely any new releases ^^
