Got a new MIScooter9379 (European Black) but cannot downgrade firmware on it. It came stock with: BMS: 123 BLE: 81 DRV: 151 Bat Date: 3/6/2019

You have to downgrade BLE with m365 DownG before using Botox. I let you search for that.

use Xiaoflasher, it resolved the issue for me
