Hi @jkivilin @Bots-United! Thanks for your great work! 🎉

In this PR I added a bit of automation for this repo

Run build for every PR/push :construction_worker: (Makes it easy to spot the changes breaking build)
Upload a release asset on tag :rocket: Example:
```
git tag v1.45beta
git push origin v1.45beta
```
This creates a release, builds and pushes binary in .tar.gz to the releases https://github.com/Bots-United/jk_botti/releases

@artkirienko any chance to resolve it for windows? The workflow only works for Linux.
