will this run on a orange pi 5?

Quick answer: No. Longer answer: maybe. It is probably best to ask on an Orange Pi usergroup or forum. Maybe even on a Radxa discord server as well.

WoR-Flasher (the linux tool that flashes windows to a sd card) will run on any Debian linux system just fine. But I am assuming you were wondering if Windows will run on an Orange Pi 5. All I know is that WoR-Flasher generates images specific to Raspberry Pi, including things like /boot/config.txt and other things that alternative SBCs will have no idea what to do with.

But that does not mean this is impossible. If you are serious about this, I suggest you patiently try to find an Orange Pi power-user who has an interest in running Windows, then together you can try to see what changes are necessary to make it work.

But I do not have an ORange Pi, so I cannot be of much help. Closing issue
