Deprecate pinning infrastructure on iOS 14 / macOS 11 #154

Adds a deprecation to the pinning infrastructure on iOS 14 / macOS 11, adds a document pointing to the alternative (NSPinnedDomains Info.plist) and a short description of how to use the existing (now deprecated) infrastructure for those not yet able to switch
