Only a single target rate is working #806

Describe the bug

I have a number of target rates set up for 1h, 2h, 3h etc. These are displayed on a dashboard near appliances that tell us how long to set the delay for based on how long we may be running the appliance for. However, only the first is giving any target times.

Reproduction steps

  1. Setup Octopus Intergeneration (obviously)
  2. Set up multiple target rate sensors image
  3. Notice that only the first pulls any data

Expected behaviour

Until recently all 4 would contain information in the target_times attribute. Now only the first does.

I may have been being impatient. Gave it an hour or so and it's now working
