[IDEA] Basic `like` counter for post #5

I'd like to somehow have a way to count likes in our first release, it will be useful for curation later on. Something like: image

Just a simple upvote(reddit) or clap(medium) to determine top posts, etc, etc.

As mentioned at #3 , we will go with motivated as way of counting likes @rbo13
