Tyrone mentioned that he liked the chart styling here and would like to see ours match the mockups.

this may be helpful for rendering the fill. There may also be another solution for rendering the Threshold as a different line (not as values on the chart) https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/charts/area.html
