Utilize Kromek Serial Message Specification to communicate with D5

Possible Messages to create outputs:

Get Status
Get Device Info
Get Dose Info
Get Remote Isotope Confirmation Status
Get Remote Background Collection Status
Get Energy Calibration Result

Ideally we would like to get alerts, Isotope Identification, and dose. Spectrum info would be bonus.
