Enhancement/Feature Request

Description

Add output to Rapiscan and Aspect Drivers to handle adjudication from OSCAR viewer.

Expected Behavior

Should have the following fields in new Adjudication output:

Username (text)
Feedback (text)
Adjudication Code (might be category or text)
List of Isotopes (Variable Size)(array of possible isotopes [there is a csv with all isotopes available] with the option for none to be in dataset)
Secondary Inspection Status ('None', 'Secondary Inspection Request', 'Secondary Inspection Complete')
List of filenames associated with Adjudication
Occupancy Identifier (Observation ID from Occupancy data)

Add Boolean flag in Occupancy Output "isAdjudicated" (this is to simplify filtering out adjudicated occupancies in the Alarm table)
