Bad chs #118

Description and related issues

-When bad_chs is read as nan it's converted to an empty list -Bad_chs now added to nwb file -If bad_chs is an empty list it's omitted

Closes #113

[~ ] All tests pass on catscan: run pytest --basetemp=tmp -sv -n 8 tests on catscan from the root directory (passes John's tests)
