preprocess_folder fails to write processing data for RVG16_B06 using --all_filters

• preprocess_folder runs without error (as far as I can tell), but the preprocessed data is not accessible from nwb when run on RVG16_B06 using all filters
• The nwb file size increases but the processsing module is empty
• I reproduced this result twice
• This script works when calculating high gamma filters only on full tone
• This script works when calculating all filters on a small white noise dataset
• preprocess_folder was run on the below folder but had this failure:

/clusterfs/NSDS_data/nwb/test/RVG16/RVG16_B06/RVG16_B06_org

That's a weird problem. Maybe the h5 file isn't being closed correctly. I can try and reproduce.

I'm closing this issue because the problem seemed to go away at least on commit 401590438fbc8e2dad447402eed8c6f20c897806 of the remove_raw branch. I think that this problem was related to the incorrect rate being specified for the wavelet decomp.
