Goes with PR BouchardLab/nsds_lab_to_nwb#126 .

Feel free to make any changes (renaming the new module, reverting the moves, etc.)!

I like the idea of having an end to end script as well (from TDT Tanks --> pyraat). Has one already been developed? If not, I can help with that.
