This PR tracks the progress of adaptive lighting support. This is a work in progress:

[x] POC advertise adaptive lighting
[x] accept (encoded) scheme from controller
[ ] apply scheme
[ ] store/restore scheme on reboot
[ ] rewrite into Lightbulb that brings it all together instead of the hackery in main.swift
