  1. Move fit_multiple.py to samples folder
  2. Rename to something like user_example_multiple.py
  3. Fix issue in #133

Looks like fit_multiple.py may also be defunct.

fit_multiple.py has been renamed to fit_multiple_example.py and moved to the samples folder. #133 has also been closed so I think we can close this issue. @nmaterise @crmcrae
