Example code in readme update #162

Make the example in the readme plug-and-play with sample resonator data. Cleaned up some longer lines in Sdata and removed commented-out code from long ago. Sdata changes are inconsequential as the file needs to be separated, and parts need to be rewritten.

Note that the build failure is due to potential issues in temperature_control. This will need to be addressed separately from prs focused on fit_resonator.
