Fitter func_diag v1 3

Functional diagram v1.3 displaying the Fitter class. Includes each method call (and shows where an external package or utility is used), including optional method calls. The class does not call all methods shown, but generally reads left to right, following any tree branches that might be attached below a method.

TODO in next version of THIS DIAGRAM: -Show which methods are optional
