Mattis bardeen fit, closes #192 #194

I added @crmcrae and @scottito to review this PR to discuss the best way to add Mattis-Bardeen fitting to the code. The raw data for a temperature sweep and outputs from the fit are included in Resources/sample_temperature_data/ and Resources/sample_temperature_output

I found the problem with fit_resonator.* in my code. Will add another commit to this shortly to address that problem.
