attributes returned by rw_scen_aggregate #100

I thought that rw_scen_aggregate() stored the rwa as an attribute?

And maybe also stored information, like the scenario name conversion?

It does not appear to be doing either, so need to check and see if it is intending to. If it is, then need to fix the bug that is preventing it. And if it is not, then we should add this info.

scen_data (example data included in package) does have an rwd_agg attribute.
