rename rwtbl_aggregate() #74

This function is really aggregating rdfs and returning a rwtbl, so I think rdf_aggregate() might be a more appropriate name.

rwd_aggregate() would also work with the anticipation that this function will work with .csv and .nc, eventually. However, this is pretty close tho the rwd_agg class
