Timestep column is not returned by rw_scen_aggregate and rdf_aggregate #84

Even though the notes say that the timestep column is returned by default, it is not

Updating documentation for this. rdf_aggregate() and rw_scen_aggregate() will almost always need to drop Timestep for their summary functions to work properly.

Will add separate issue as a feature request to be able to add the timestep column back in.
