Need more informative error messages in read_rwd_agg #99

Ex: If you have a long csv file, it can be hard to spot the error. Should return the row number, or print the row that gives an issue or similar.

Error: Allfileextensions should be: rdf

But can't tell which row is the issue.

The following wrong lines are actually returning the wrong error.
