Placing large selection of tiles doesn't always place them on the lowest possible vertical level #148

While trying to put together the Manor that ZeeBash posted to the Talespire PreFab site, I had an issue where the 3rd floor would have a gap between it and the second floor rather than being seamlessly on top. Rotating the camera seemed to allow it to eventually be placed correctly.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a new board.
  2. Copy https://talespire.oceanlord.me/prefab/15 to clipboard.
  3. Place on board.
  4. Create a new floor.
  5. Copy https://talespire.oceanlord.me/prefab/16 to clipboard.
  6. Line up and place on board.
  7. Create a new floor.
  8. Copy https://talespire.oceanlord.me/prefab/17 to clipboard.
  9. Line up and attempt to place on board.
  10. Hit Ctrl-Z and rotate the camera and try again.
  11. Repeat step 10 until it is placed without the gap.
